Mill heat numbers continually striped for complete traceability.
Machined surfaces protected with rust preventative.
Mill certification supplied with all shipments.
Bevels machined per customer requirements.
6" SCH 80 - 37 1/2 degrees - 1/16" land w/matched bore on ID
6" XX H - 37 1/2 degrees or optional extended land has a .864" wall for unlimited thickness performance qualification.

For convenient handling and storage, all Weld Test Products are packaged and palletized on two way pallets.


Backing rings-stocked to fit counter bored coupons with "0" gap.
Weld Bevels on Pipe and Plates are machined (not flame cut).
All test materials are degreased after machining
Full mill certs are forwarded with shipment and each piece is identified with Mill Heat Number.
Sizes listed above are in stock, other sizes or materials can be quoted upon request.
