Machine is of heavy, rugged constructions, built both for laboratory use and on the job locations.
Electrical Wheel drive motor; 15 H.P., continuous duty, 440 volt, 3 phase - 60 cycle 3500 RPM (Wheel Spindle - 2200 RPM). Blower exhaust motor; 1 H.P., 440 volt, 3 phase - to cycle 3500 RPM. Internal lighting circuit; 12 volt, single phase - 15 amp.
Exhaust System Completely enclosed grit collector coupled with integral exhaust blower system.

 Triangle's unique equipment design allows completely safe operation by personnel with limited operating instructions.
Cutting operation cannot be initiated until all safety barricades are in operating position.
All cutting operations are initiated from a central control panel and may be stopped at any time during the cutting cycle.
Hot cutting waste is deposited in a specially constructed grit receptacle.
Exhaust blower system must be operational before cutting cycle can be initiated.
WORK STATION
Removes guided bend specimens to exact dimensions in a matter of seconds.
No grinding is necessary except to remove weld build up and apply radius to specimen.
Specimens are removed from welded test assembly in strict accordance with A.S.M.E. Section IX and A.W.S. welding codes.
Tooling fixtures are available for all sizes of testing material.
