TEST PLATES

Beveled at 22 1/2 degrees transverse to rolling grain of material.

Bevels machine cut (not flame cut).

Bevels protected with rust preventative.

Mill certification supplied with all shipments.

1" x 6" x 4" - 22 1/2 degrees or 37 1/2 degrees bevel

1/2" x 7" x 4"-37 1/2 degrees bevel. A36 Plate Coupon - meets unlimited thickness requirements for the new ASME IX code change.

3/8" x 7" x 4" - 22 1/2 degrees or 37 1/2 degrees bevel

For convenient handling and storage, all Weld Test Products are packaged and palletized on two way pallets.

Backing rings-stocked to fit counter bored coupons with "0" gap.

Weld Bevels on Pipe and Plates are machined (not flame cut)

All test materials are degreased after machining and packaged on pallets for convenient handling and warehousing.

Full mill certs are forwarded with shipment and each piece is identified with Mill Heat Number.
