 Procedural qualification services include post weld heat treatment,
bend, tensile, and impact testing, when required.
Tension and compression testing up to 120,000 pounds
ASTM Class B-1 Extensiometer coupled to an electronic high magnification
recorder for stress strain curves, yeild strength and other physical
properties.
Resistant Type Stress Relief Unit
Accurately controlled by a microprocessor and verified by an NIST
calibrated strip chart recorder. Capacity: 2000 degrees F.
Guided Bend Testing Machine
Designed, built, and sold by Triangle Engineering, Inc., this
unit is also used by us in the testing welder performance and
weld procedure qualifications.
Metallurgical Polishing Equipment
Micros, macros, photomicrographs, fillet weld and brazed joint
